Work with a health coach

Are you ready for vibrant health? Whether you want to lose weight, boost your immune system, increase your energy, sleep more soundly, eliminate brain fog, better handle stress, or look and feel great inside and out - your health coach will support you to take easy steps toward significantly enhanced health and happiness. Program Options

 3 Sessions

  • In the initial 90-minute session your health coach will review your health history, guide you to set wellness goals and desired program outcomes, and together you will prioritize immediate actions. You will have a clear vision of your healthiest and best self.

  • Two 60-minute sessions build the foundation and identify the most important steps toward your vision.

  • Each session includes a discussion around your progress and next steps, and is followed by summary notes and wellness materials/information (videos, book recommendations, articles, recipes, research to provide further context)

  • Access to your health coach via email and txt in between sessions

6 Sessions

  • In the initial 90-minute session your health coach will review your health history, guide you to set wellness goals and desired program outcomes, and together you will prioritize immediate actions. You will have a clear vision of your healthiest and best self.

  • Five 60-minute sessions build the foundation and guide you on the path toward your vision.

  • Post program check in – a 30 minute zoom call to touch base (2 months after final session)

  • Each session includes a discussion of your progress and next steps, and is followed by summary notes and wellness materials/information (videos, book recommendations, articles, recipes, research to provide further context).

  • Access to your health coach via email and txt in between sessions

  • Support and guidance in home detox (if desired)

10 Sessions

  • In the initial 90-minute session your health coach will review your health history, guide you to set wellness goals and desired program outcomes, and together you will prioritize immediate actions. You will have a clear vision of your healthiest and best self.

  • Eight 60-minute sessions build the foundation and guide you on the path toward your vision

  • Post program check in – a 45 minute zoom call to touch base (2 months after program)

  • Each session includes a discussion of your progress, next best steps and is followed by summary note and wellness materials and information (videos, book recommendations, articles, recipes, research to provide further context)
