“I thought I knew how to keep my body healthy by eating the right foods but this workshop takes health and wellness to the next level. I had little knowledge of how my cleaning supplies, body lotions, soaps, and makeup could negatively affect my health. With the tools provided in the workshop, I am now in the process of swapping out products for ones that are less toxic.

Sometimes making changes seems overwhelming so we continue with habits we know are not the healthiest. What I like about this workshop is that wellnessmultiplied did all the research so I didn’t have to! By the end of the session, you will have resources and lists of the bad (toxic) products and what to replace them with. Who thought detoxing could be so easy! “
